ONE-X prefered issue

Hi guys,
im running one-x and ccr on the same windows 2008 64 bits server.
since a few days, my customer have some issue with one-x...
Like some users, their one-x is "checking for message" is their for ever and they are logging from the web interface or call assistant
in "French" and for some reason, after a few day, it switch to english and I check the computer regional settings and everything is set to french Canada
any idea?

One-X portal and CCR should not be installed on the same server, it can cause issue's
