Anyone have any idea on why the status of Do Not Disturb would not be acknowledged through the views of One-X Portal. It shows when people are making calls just fine, and everything else seems to work fine. Just something weird when an agent hits their Do Not Disturb it won't display them with that status.
Any ideas on how to fix this would be appreciated.
