One X portal

The customer wants one X portal to do screen pops when they are Im'd. I am currently integrating Outlook under users. What is the best procedure to do screen pops with one x?

Check out this link on page 40 it outlines how to get the one-x application window to come up when an IM comes in.

This isn't done through screen pops.

or are you hoping to have the screen pops come up with customer info on incoming and/or outgoing IMs?

as far as I'm aware this is not possible.

Why would you need screen pops for incoming IMs, have you set up a texting service that allows their clients to text a DID?

You can enable screen pops however it can only be done with R9. Within One-x (user, not admin) you would select "Configure", then "Notifications" and select "Enable IM Desktop Notifications". Once this is done, you will need to configure the browser to allow the screen pops to work with One-X. I apologize but I do not have specific directions offhand for that although I do recall Chrome being the easiest to set up.

to do the text service requires contact center. I do not have that feature
