would appreciate any help on this issue, When a onex agent using shared control pushes the aux work button on the onex agent while on a call both the callers here the button tones.its a bit annoying to the customer.

correction to my previous post; from one x agent when you call someone and hit the aux button, the CALLED person hears 2 quick beeps, but the caller does not hear any beeps. This is on a CM 6.2 PLATFORM, any help as we are going crazy trying to figure this out, thanks so much in advance.

another update; we ran a trace station and we found the two beeps are 10 being out pulsed by one x agent, but still clueless on this.
