One-X Portal Windows 8.1 issues

I have upgraded my own laptop over the past few days and now can't get OXP to work correctly.

I can log and and make a call from the software but the call box is not populated when on a call and the message box simply says "Checking Messages"

Whenever I have had issues on client sites, it has turned out to be a firewall/Virus software blocking ports but Windows firewall is disabled fully and the virus software has also been uninstalled.

I have ran the .bat file to open all relevant ports but I still get the issue. We have other laptops working perfectly with Windows 8.1 and One-X so this seems to be isolated to my laptop.

Anyone have any ideas?

Try to uninstall and then reinstall one x and see if that works.

acss sme acis sme acss cm 5.2.1 acss cm and cmm acss aura messaging.

I've tried both through the One-X plugin installed on my laptop and through 3 different browsers but get the same issue.

I have already un-installed and re-installed the plugin but this did not sort the problem.

I wondered if a Windows update had broken it but then I would expect others to have issues.

Check if the site is in your trusted site list in IE. Also if you recently upgraded JAVA it will block alot of things by default. I'd try added your ONE-X address to Java's allowed list as well. The only time I've seen your type of issue it was caused by the AV program.
