Hello all,
Been working on this problem for quite sometime, finally might be getting somewhere.
Working on IP Office 9.0.6, with One-X-Portal & VMPro.
After the users upgraded their PCs to Windows 10, the portal was doing strange things & not working correctly.
Uninstalled the portal from the main hosted PC & reinstalled it, still same issues.
Finally today their IT guy happened to be onsite when we wanted to do more testing & had him turn off the user's firewall/anti-virus.
This is on her (Receptionist) Windows 10 PC & everything works the way it should now.
Had him then turn on just her Firewall, still working properly.
Then turned off the Firewall & Anti-virus on, problems came back.
So it's their Anti-Virus on all the user's Windows 10 PCs.
Their IT guy is checking to see what needs to be turned on/off in the Anti-Virus to make it work with the portal, but asked if we can do some investigation on it as well.
The Anti-Virus those PCs are using is Sophos intercept X, this is all way above me to figure out so I thought to ask here.
Has anyone run across this kind of Anti-Virus "Sophos intercept X" & know what he might need to remove/change for the user's Windows 10 PCs to work with the One-X-Portal?
Thanks for all replies
