Hi,

When I try to login to oneXPortal I've got such error (I check connection to AES with "Validation Tool" - is OK, AES tests in 1XP are also ok):


An error occurred when connecting to your telephone:

Timeout (12,000ms) on method registerDevice for interface CMAPI

Request: setControlMode
Error Source: AcpServiceTimeoutException
Error Text: Timeout (12,000ms) on method registerDevice for interface CMAPI

Any suggestion?

Have you added your station as a device in the AES database? When running a 'list mon' in the PBX do you see your extension?
