One X Portal Sounds Through Laptop 1

Hi

Sorry for basic ques . I have a user using one x portal on their laptop. They just use the outlook plug in , they are getting audio
ringing playing through their laptop which they dont want. I dont have remote access to her pc , just trying to remember where this would be disabled. Would it just be within the browser settings or tweaked within one x portal .
Its just the one x sounds / ringing they want stopped and be able to use the laptop as normal for other audio they want to hear.
I will keep checking the manuals. cheers m

I just posted this as well but we have done what Avaya has in their documents and it still rings through the computer. Do you think this is a bug in the plugin?

My next suspicion then would be looking at Outlook's notification settings. But you are trying to have your cake and eat it (call alerting and control on your PC but without the alerting).
