One X portal Problem

HI

Having a problem getting one x portal working,

One X Portal version 9.1.400.24
ip0 500 version ADMIN9_1_4_0_137
VMpro VoicemailPro_9.1.400.7

Server Windows server 2008 R2

I've installed IIS and iis 6 compatibility roles.
Rebooted server
Installed VMpro and webmail option

Installed one x portal

Rebooted server

Waited 40min +

Service has started and is running, however when I try

http://127.0.0.1:8080/onexportal-admin.html

I get a "There is a problem with this website’s security certificate" click
"icon Continue to this website (not recommended). "

the address changes to "

https://127.0.0.1:8443/onexportal-admin.html

"

and displays a 404 page

HTTP Status 404 - /onexportal-admin.html

I did manage at an earlier point get in to set the system ip address and advance settings for voicemail ip address, but then stopped working.

So I have repeated the above 2 - 3 times with the same result.

Any ideas welcome.

Hi first try to same version of all software .
Than installed the iis, .net. , java on server
Before start the ones plz start the services of server
And plz open the one x on Internet explorer .plz add the IP of server in trusted site in Internet explorer.
In manager add the IP of server in domain IP tab of LAN

to be fail I don't think Elly10 has posted an excessive number of requests (and getting fewer each year )
unlike some offenders who can post 3 or 4 requests in a day & obviously do not have a clue as to what they are doing.

on the other hand it would be nice to at least give a star to responses that help you even if you have not yet been able to offer help to others.

1st question is there any reason why you have to use Windows server?
wiping the PC & using Application server will be far smoother.

in either case the onex is supping a self signed certificate which needs correctly importing in to the certificate store to prevent the waning you are seeing




A Maintenance contract is essential, not a Luxury.
Do things on the cheap & it will cost you dear

Just remembering to come back for an update, I've managed to get the one x working internally now, removed one x from server and installed it on its own virtual machine with no iis or java on it.

However to get it to work externally via the FQD I think a need a cert.

IP GURU - I was going to use an app server install but my IT department wanted me to use a windows server !

If you have an extra machine then there IT department's wish makes no sense.
