Hi. Have an IPO running 9.1.7 with one x installed on to a 2008R2 server. Works fine outside of a citrix environment but when using Citrix it says' "Checking for Messages" and the call log field is blank. Using IE. Apparently works using IE in admin mode so I assume it is a permissions thing. Anyone come across this before?
