One-x Portal migrating to Server 2008

Hello guys,

Just another headache...

I'm trying to install all the softwares (VMPro, One-x and Manager) on the new Customer's server.
All the softwares (except One-x) was installed ok, and the Backups were done.

The One-x was installed default (same as older server W2k3) but the CTSA Provider 1 (Master) is still showing as FAIL.

I tried to reinstall saveral times, uninstalled the Java, Apache, and all but the error is the same!

Before someone ask, I've checked the Security settings, resetting, change but NOTHING solves!!

The system is Windows 2008 Server 64 bit SP1. With 16 GB. Processor Intel Xeon.
The IPO is 8.1(81) and the One-x is 8.1.93

Could anyone knows what I have to do?

I've installed this services many times and always it works fine..

Cesar, is the old One-X server still running? What is the status of IM/Presence Server (Look under HEALTH>IM/PRESENCE SERVER STATUS)?

danisrael, under HEALTH I cannot see the IM/Presence status..

I upgrade all to last version of 8.1
The IPO is 8.1(81) and the One-x is 8.1.96.78

And still got the FAIL provider..

Did you say, is the original server still running?

And look at the attachment. Are you saying you don't see the IM Presence Server here?

I have had this with 8.1, it always turned out to be a password problem.
Change the password in the security settings of IP Office and then in the One-X portal setup, restart One-X portal.
Cannot guarantee this solves the problem but it is worth a try.

Yes I cannot see the I/M presence ...please take a look:

And Intrigant, do you means EnhTCPA password? or IP office (Administrator) password?
