One-X Portal license error after upgrade to SP6

Just upgraded IPO to 8.1 SP6 along with our APP Server. Everything upgraded with no issues however now when trying to log into the One-X Portal as a user were getting the "A license could not be assigned to you. Please contact your administrator." Error window. I've tried changing the user from Power User to Office User, the check box is enabled to allow access to the One-X Portal on the User Record. The IP Office was updated 1st, then the APP Server. What am I missing?
 
Powered down the One-X/VM Pro Server, Powered off the IP Office, brought IPO online first then servers and not it's working. I'm guessing even though each one preformed a reboot as part of the upgrade process it needed another one just to "make sure". PROBLEM RESOLVED.
