One-X Portal Issue

Hi

One-X Portal 5.2 gives the below response when trying to login - any ideas?

An error occurred when connecting to your telephone:

Resource xxxxx is unavailable.

Request:
Error Source: AcpResourceUnavailableException
Error Text: Resource xxxxx is unavailable.
Error Solution: Cannot reach the Service or Server that provides this resource. Problem may be caused by a communications problem or a planned shutdown. Please contact your System Administrator.

I have the same problem on onex portal with S8300 on 5.2
Did you find a solution?

Have you check one-X portal link status to the Communication Manager if it is up?
