One X Portal issue

I have a customer that is using one x portal 7.0.5. They have added phone numbers in the ipo directory. They are unable to access them from the one x portal in the external directory. I have read that the one x portal server refreshes every 300 seconds but the directory numbers never show up in the external spot in one x.

Have you tried going into the one-=x administration & manually refurnishing the directory?

you are right

pgh72, you need to look in Directory and not external directory.
The external directory is for LDAP.
