I am assuming that you have installed and tested the iis installation. go to

http://127.0.0.1

and see if the iis logo appears.

As far as I remember, 1XP does not use IIS as it installs Apache Tomcat??

You must have IIS and the voicemail pro 'Web Voicemail' component in place before installing the One-X portal. If you need the specific IIS options for win 2008, let me know (I have a screenshot). Z

did you install as an administrator? or that is, right mouse on the .exe and Run As Administrator.

Thanks hairless, I turned off UAC and it installed as it should.
Didnt get the oprtion to Run As Admin, I presume because I had disabled UAC?
Didnt check just dived in, like I do. ;-)
