Hi everyone
we installed IPO 9.1.5, and UC Module running One-X portal
Config is 2 users, One w/ power user licenses, the other w/ Office worker License
We ran all the process as manual says.
We can enter with the users to One-x portal trough PC
both users can make call control, alerting from calls, etc, but the IM tab doesn't appear!
this is a test inside a LAN . so, we hadn't any FQDN
The UC Module hostname is not "uc-module", but the UCM adress is the hostname
on the config for xmpp server it is the same, the xmpp address is the address from the UCM.
We rebboted both, IPO and the UC Module
Anyone can get a clue so whats happening here?

Few pointers to investigate:
1. What is the status of 'IM/Presence server' in one-X Admin? Is it green?
2. IPO has no role if the presence issue is on one-X Portal web client (or Outlook Plug-In, Call Assistant). The IPO has a role to play with respect to IM and Presence only in case of Avaya Communicator.
3. When you login the user, go to directory tab and check if there is an icon for mybuddy. If it is there, open it and type 'help', If you get any output things are fine, otherwise something isn't correct and should be reported to Avaya support.
4. Change the XMPP domain to a address which is reachable from client machine. Changing the XMPP server requires one-X Portal service restart.

I think point 4 should be tried.

Thanks
