One-X Portal CSTA-Provider. 1

I have a clean install of this with a changed password on the IP Office security section.

The CSTA-Provider status is failed saying Provider SAP login failed.

What have I done wrong. Follewed manual to the letter.

I would try a reinstall and make sure you have right user name and password for IPO

I've had an issue before with an IP 500 V1 which would do this every now and again. The only way I found to fix it was to default the Unit, OS and all, and reset the security settings.

After a while I swapped the IP500 out as we had no issues with the IP500V2 that was using the same One-X server.

One of these days everything will work as it should, and then we'll all be out of a job!

It turned out some one had tried installing this on another server within our business. System status was showing invalid attempts so we removed this and it logged straight in.
