Have a customer on 9.1.8 (which we just flashed them to) having an issue when they try and launch the One-X portal from the client software. I've posted the image of the script error they're getting. This seems to be happening with users on Windows 7 OS, but nothing in Avaya's docs say it's not compatible with that OS. Has anyone ever seen this issue ? We've tried uninstalling and installing again from scratch and running the client software as an Administrator. Any info is greatly appreciated.

It looks like browser cache issue. Clear browser cache, load page from server and check. Should solve it.

Is it when you launch one-X Portal from Call Assistant? Complete browser screenshot would have helped further.

Is the client running Symantec end point protection at all ?

It is a browser problem, you probably use Windoes Internet Explorer, try Firefox or Chrome and see if the same error occur.
If not upgrade IE or don't use the crap.
IE version 8 and lower doesn't support the "addEventListener" function.
