One-X Portal Causes CPU and Memory Issues

We have an install of One-X Portal 8.0.103.31 that has suddenly started to induce odd behavior on the client side using Firefox or Chrome.

After logging in the CPU utilization is consistently at 3-10% for the browser (Firefox v13 is this case, but have tried v12 as well) and in addition the Memory usage will continue to climb until it maxes out all of the available memory and effectively causes the machine to stop responding. The same thing happened in the current version of Chrome as well.

We have not tried IE as version 9 is installed on these PCs and is un-supported to our knowledge.

We have seen this on two different PCs in this particular environment; however, we are unable to replicate it on our Voicemail Pro PC (which for reference is NOT part of their Microsoft domain).

Any thoughts are appreciated! TIA

Try IE but you need to set it to IE8 mode everyrime you login.
Pres F12 and then change it and refresh.
Then see what happens then.

I recall this was or is a bug so check the tech bulletins.

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!
