One X Portal - Call Gadget Not Work

I have installed and configured one x portal.
I can login both in 1608 IP Phone and My Android Phone.

But when i'm login using web browse as a user. the call gadget is not working, others gadget is working.
what is the purpose of this gadget ? is it to control the IP Phone ? or is a softphone ?

thats what i thought

i have tick :
enable softphone, enable one-x portal, enable remote worker, enable voip , mobile feature , one x mobile client , mobile call control , mobile callback

do i miss something ?

one-X Portal is not a softphone. It can be used to control your telephone if you have one registered with the IP Office.

my 1608 phone is registered.
on the top left corner , i can see both icon is green

the phone icon is round green and check symbol
the presence is green chat icon

when i want to try to dial from system directory. it gives me error pop up : call failed

Does the gadget show anything when you make/answer calls using the phone? I would check the configuration of the 'providers' in the one-X Portal server config. There should be both a DSML configured with the IP Office system address and a CSTA provider configured with the same address.
