Hello everyone,

I have a customer that has an IP Office 9.0.6, & one PC/Server running VMPro & the One-X-Portal.
My customer now is replacing the users PC's to Windows 10.
The ones he has replaced so far are having issues with the one-x-portal.
Saying they keep getting logged off by itself, & can't see/receive any IM's.
My PC/Server with the VMPro & One-X-Portal is Windows 8 version 6.3
The One-X-Portal is version 9.0.7.0 build 4.

Still waiting to hear back from my customer, what windows version are/were the user's old PCs.

He did tell me he has his old & new PC both working in his office & the old one is working great,
but when he logs in with the new one (Windows 10) he has the same problems as the other Windows 10 users have.

We don't have a lot of customers that use/have One-X-Portal, so any input/info would be very helpful.

Thank you very much.

If it keeps saying "Logged OFf" when using Chrome, then I have been battling this with Avaya for months!! It does work using the FQDN, but not the IP. It seemed to start in about Septemebr last year. Firefox is OK.

Another thing, OXP should be on a server with server OS (or Linux) not a Windows 8 desktop machine.

Thank you so very much Jamie,
I let my customer know what you said/try.
He isn't the best on responding back right away, but hopefully this works for him.
Thanks again, gave you some pink.
