one-x Portal 9.0.5.0 (9.0 SP5) issues

Recently installed one-x Portal on the same server as Voicemail PRO (Windows 2008R2).

No issues installing or getting it setup.

When used in Chrome or IE the status doesn't change for the users listed in the Directory window.

Any ideas?

I followed the documentation and checked all security settings on the IP500v2 control unit before installing.
