one-x mobility does not ring in

I have 1XP mobility configured on an Android and every feature is working fine except, it will not ring my mobile phone when extension is called. When I have my voice mail turned on at the user level, I can see the call with CLID display briefly on the VM icon with an option the Listen/Answer. I can listen after a message is left but not answer.

Yes I have twining setup and the number is configured within the app.
What i was hoping to do is turn the twinning off with so that 1XP would display the correct CLID and not my DID number. Is that possible?

Okay..I hope that I did this right. Used Monitor default values and then called extension 125 from 143 then let it ring 6-7 times. It did not ring to 1XP mobile client.
I turned off twinning and VM on extension 125. Below is the log file.

It is not going to ring your 1xp mobile client if twinning is turned off. That is how it rings it...it needs to be enabled.

I remember (and saw this lately on 8.1.65) that sometimes the timer on mobile twinning is not set to 2 seconds but 2000.
This is a bug as the system changes it by it self and thinks it is 2000ms while it is actually in seconds.
So it won't until you wait those 2000 seconds

Thanks for the heads up Peter! I'm on 8.0.18 and set for 2 seconds, so good there.
The guys at Jenne tell me that it should ring in without the Twinning being active. But if I can't make it happen I can live with it, I just wanted a way to pass the CLID and not the DID. I have read that with the help of the carrier that this can be accomplished so I might try that approach.

The mobile app requires mobile twinning and a license and also the option for the mobile app needs to be checked.
So yes you will need twining.
But if you want to pass the original caller id to the twinned phone then you must be sure that the provider allows it and where i live it is not allowed so where are you from?
