One X Mobile works... but doesn't at the same time, anyone familiar w/ no ringing on app?

So One X mobile works on our phones, both android and IOS. However 1 phone(IOS) or extension is not ringing on the phone no matter which phone we log it into. It can dial out, but doesn't ring when the extension is called. Has anyone encountered this at all?

I'm going to bump my own post, but I figured out the issue.


The user had 3 extensions + the one X when he logged, main extension was twinned as primary and one of the secondary ext was twinned as secondary. However none of the twinning options were enabled.


I enabled twin - saved - disabled twin - SSA Showed properly and One X Started working again.
