We have an R9 server edition and can get the ONE X Mobile client registering outside of the LAN but the voip option doesn't work. We have an external DNS entry pointed to a spare eternal IP address we have and this in turn forwards/open ports to our server edition. The External DNS is for example Comms.name.communications.co.uk. The ONE X XMPP settings is populated with this address. On the server, Platform/settings/system the host name is set to the internal ip address of the server. DO we need a matching internal/external DNS entry or can anyone advise which bits are missing/incorrect in the set up here?

The only other thing I can see is that UDP ports 49152 - 53246 are open in the Nat/Open ports section on the Draytek 2830 router and the local IP is set to the Server Edition but I can't add that range on port re-direction on the router. Can just add a single port at a time. TCP ports forwarded and open are 5222/8444/5269/, TCP/UPD 5060
Close down the 49152 - 53246 and change it to 53000 - 53246 otherwise you will get hacked.
