Hi everyone,

We expect a weird problem with one X Voip and Iphone. I explain.

When we call from Iphone (4-4s-5s) to a avaya phone or another Iphone... the voice of the person who call wit the iphone Cracked up... Not internet problem, like someone eat chips.
If we call From Iphone to Android we dont expect this problem.

I have update the IOS of the iphone at the last version and i recently have upgrade my svaya system at R9.1 (One x portal server include) But same... nothing seem to resolve the problem.

We working to sell a new client who want to use 50 one x mobile session at time from Iphone and Anroid... so if someone have a idea please let me know !

Thank you

Have your Diffserv settings changed?
Are you using SIP trunks? If so, Use Network Topology Info should be set up as per the help file under DiffServ. Go Lan 1> VOIP> HELP

Yukky yukky yoggy

I have a site where they use 60 of the sip enabled one-x clients instead of hard ip phones and no problems so that must be a site or setting specific problem. I know that doesn't solve it for you but tells you that it can work.

Actually we are set in VOIP mode.

R9.1
Use CODEC G729
IPHONE : 4S - 5S Version 8.1.3

When we call an extension with VOIP Iphone One x mobile, the calling party heard a bad noice with the voice. If we put on mute.. Nothing.

Everything working fine couple week ago but now we we expect this problem. With android the call is A1 with no noise on the conversation.

And for your question, yes i use sip trunk but when you make a VOIP call you don't use a trunk but RTP and VCM channel like 2 IP phone calls each other.

i have made a lot of research but nothing...
