One-x Mobile Ringing when App is Closed

Customer reports that calls ring cell phone even when One-X Mobile Preferred for IPO app is closed. They claim that the only way they can stop the calls from ringing is to uninstall the app.

They are probably running the app in the background and haven't actually closed it.
