one-x mobile problem 1

Hi all,

Customer has:
IPO 500 V2 R9.0.6
VMPro 9.0.600.3 - Onexportal 9.0.600.4 on Windows 2008 R2. One-X mobile phones (Voip) are used only with Wi-Fi in LAN. Problem is when One-X mobile phone calls other One-X mobile phone, connection is established after 3 or 4 seconds. For example, extension 701 calls 702, 702 press answer, hear silence, 701 get ringback and after 3-4 seconds connection is established. This does not happen when One-X mobile called hard phone and otherwise. I have the same situation in my lab too.
If anyone had a similar experience?

what devices are you using? iphone, android? and what version?

Customer has:

Android 5.0 - Galaxy Samsung S4 and S5
iPhone 6 IOS 8.0.3
 
I had the same problem, changed the wifi access point for another brand and that works fine.

What wifi access point do you have?
 
Customer has CISCO AIR-LAP1252G-E-K9 access points. What wifi access point do you have?

Could you tell me what brand of wifi access point you have? I assume that the brand is not a problem for the customer, he has cisco.

 
Probably not, and using the "...LAP..." in the model number means Lightweight Access Point, which means it's using a controller.
 
Hi nnaarrnn,

I do not know what can cause a problem. Customer has virtual server - Microsoft Server Hyper-V - Windows Server 2008 R2 (64 bit), 6 GB RAM. I think I'll have to open a ticket at Avaya.
If anyone else had similar problems?

If somebody would have the same problem. Customer implemented QoS and new WiFi equipment (Cisco Wireless controler 2504) and now it works fine.
