One X Mobile Presence

Hi,

I've recently installed the application server using the linux image, after an old server running 2003 with onex and contact store died. On the previous install I could see the presence of colleagues from within onex mobile, however this no longer shows now. The IM/Presence Server in onex admin shows as available. Is there a setting somewhere that I'm missing?
