One-x Mobile Preferred IPO [Voicemail Porvider "Starting" + IPhone App Not Connecting]

I have installed OneX Portal and Voicemail Pro on the same server. Windows Server 2008 64 Bits with 4GB of RAM.

Running OneX mobile for IPO on a Nexus 7 android based tablet. App got connected right away and works fine (except for Voicemail not showing on the app). Tried to use the same credentials and on my iPHONE 4S with iOS 6.1, and the app tries to connect, but gets stuck in the process. The only way I can try again, is uninstalling and installing the appa again from Apple Appstore.

Also, when checking Voicemail-Provider-127.0.0.1 Starting.

Therefore, no voicemail notification via one-x Portal, one-x Mobile or Flare Experience.

Did you try setting the actual IP address of VMPro and not localhost?
Did you install IIS on the server before installing VMPro?
Did you install UMS when installing VMPro?
If you did install IIS, which options did you enable?
