We are using Avaya CES with the One-X Mobile client on a variety of Androids and iPhones. Everything is functioning as it should with one exception - my Android will not remember my password. I can login on another user's device and my password is retained.
I am the CES administrator and it was suggested that the problem is that I was in the Active Directory group for OneXadmin. I checked and I am only in the AD group for OneXusers.
FYI my Android is a Samsung Galaxy Nexus v4.2.1
I've searched and found many recent examples of various Androids not retaining passwords but none offer any solution so I thought I'd try this forum.
