Hey everybody,

I've seen a few posts regarding this exact issue but no real definitive fix. I've got a IPO running 9.0.2 with a UC module on the same release. I've got my FQDN setup and all ports forwarded to the UC mod. I'm only looking to get the call back feature working as I only have mobile licenses not power.

The results are the same whether I'm on the company WIFI or 3G/4G cellular network. I've rebooted all services/equipment multiple times. I've verified the XMPP is set to the FQDN in the OneXportal/Config/Im/Presence field.

All providers in Portal are green and happy.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Thanks,
AdvilJunkie

A reboot of the IPO might help, also 9.0.2 is not very stable so upgrade to 9.0.3

Thanks, Will do. Just out of curiosity, which platform do you feel is not stable, the UC or IPO. I will upgrade both, just wondering.

Does anyone have consistent success with this app? I find it to be very flakey!

The app is ok.
It seems to be the UCM card which does not work well with One-X Mobile although this is a feeling and no hard fact.
I am running it from a server edition and it works fine.

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!
