I have a situation where we cannot dial long distance numbers using the app. I get denial event 1186, invalid number format. I think this is related to the long distance code the app is trying to insert. We do not use LD codes for national dialing, so my issue is how do I get the app not to use a LD code? I tried removing the code from the settings but the app wants the code before it will work.
Any help is appreciated
