One X mobile issue.

I have a customer who has several cell phone only One X users ( No desk phones ).
When they are in the office they are using *30 to answer incoming calls but cannot transfer.
Twinned incoming works OK using **.

Can anyone suggest a method for getting this to work.

IP 500 V2 8.1.67 preferred edition with mobile licenses.

Hi Pete, how do they use *30? by the app?
If then they should be able to use **
Is mobile call control enabled?

Transfer for the app is on the roadmap.

Yes they are using the app to dial the *30 but after it is answered ** doesn't work ( I've been told it's because the call hasn't come via call twinning ) and key pad that is available is the cell keypad.

That is a bummer.
It is a twinning app so i guess that is where the problems is.
