I upgraded an IP500v2 from R11.0.4.2 to R11.0.4.4 (Windows Server 2012). Everything seemed to go ok, but the One-X Mobile app says "Failed to retrieve XMPP account from (customer domain)". In the admin portal, it shows all components running except the IM/Presence Server says "Starting". I have tried everything to fix this. Rebooted all, reloaded certificates, downgraded, repaired, uninstalled, reinstalled, database integrity passes. The only odd thing is the XMPP server has the local server name. I tried entering the FQDN that is pointed to this server, but it doesn't stick. It always reverts back to the server name. Also, I can access the users one-x portal just fine, just the One-x mobile app fails. Any suggestions?
