One-X Mobile (android) disconnect issues

Hi all!

Trying to find a way to use an android softphone for out-of-office days on mobile
Extension 203 is main, located in office.
Another one stationary phone (ext 223)is in warehoise, connected via mobile duplication ("mobility" tab in manager). Need em both.
After connecting One-X mobile (android app) to main user (ext.203) it works fine, incoming calls triggers deskphone ringing on ext 203, 223 and one-x mobile app at same time

But.... mobile app sometimes loose connection (status-not connected) and stops accept incoming calls.
Environment: IPO v9.0.12.0 (1006) IP 192.168.5.10, onex mobile ScsCommander-release-v10.0.0.5.222.apk IP 192.168.7.1, Power user, all options checked in user tab (except Receptionist). Android options for "powersaving" disabled for app.

Questions:
- Is it even possible to make 2 deskphone work alongside with android mobile app?
- Why app is added to blacklist and disconnects?
- Is any other android apps available for use? This one almost year-old, not in a google marked and cannot even find it in AVAYA download without using google search. No 3-rd party ip endpoint licenses available and i need full functionality on a phone, so it must be AVAYA app.

Please, help me to walk a warehouse without fearing to miss important call

Hi Mate,

If the phone is a Samsung then there was an Avaya PSN RE: Disconnects which the only fix was to default the phone and don't install FW updates.... (Yeah, I know)

The reason why you can't find One-X mobile on the play store on Android is because Avaya are phasing it out and not really supporting anymore.

Take a look at Avaya IX Workplace (Equinox).
