Hi

Currently having a issue.

I have CM6.2

I have created 2 login ID and is it simple that all i need to do is get the One x Agent or communicator via the desktop to make calls to each other ?

Do i need to create Extns ? there are none on site

yes you need to create x2 extn and ensure the ipphone option on page 1 is ticked
