I have installed a one-x and the user is reporting echo on the lines. I temporarily installed a Partner system and the user reports no echo trouble, the Partner has been in for 2 weeks now. I tested all the lines with my butt set and cannot duplicate echo. Any help would greatly be appreciated.

ONE-X Echo trouble

I have had the same issue and we are waiting for a new gateway from Avaya. They have released a new gateway that deals with HUM and Echo on the analog lines. You will need a sold to number and the ONE-X needs to be registered before they will help you.
