One-x Dormant license 1

can I use One-x mobile with ip office 500 v2 only? without primary server ? because I have power user license " Dormant " what is this meanin my ip office 500 v2 ?

The server edition solution does not have mobile users so that is why it is dormant.
For mobile users you need power user licenses on the primary server.

If you have a IP Office 500v2 chassis and you get the user licenses as "dormant" then you are missing a prefferred license which must be in place to use user licenses.
