All of a sudden, with to my knowledge no changes to the system other than some basic vectors and adding agents to add agent command. Our one-x consoles have both stopped working.
After spending hours on the phone with vendor support they will be sending a onsite tech tomorrow to investigate the issue.
Here is the scenario.
We have 2 one-x consoles. They are linked via 0= ATTD in dialplan analysis and route to 0 in some vectors. All of a sudden the computere will beep when a call is coming in, but no display on the screen to see who is calling or even the ability to answer the call. but if you call the extenion linked to the console directly it will ring and you can answer from the console screen. But no calls can get to it via 0.
Sadly this is for a hospital and emergency procedures had to be implemented and I had to remove attd from dialplan analysis and change it to 0 = EXT, then do a ADD station 0, then bridge 0 to some physical 9608's for the operator calls to get through. There is probably better ways for emergency situations using variables or something, but it was on the spot all I could think of. Anyone have any suggestions or clues as of what might be wrong or where to start looking?
