Can anyone please advise me on the best settings for an ip-network region for homeworkers (CM5.2). We use one-x communicator and calls from people at home to the users in the office are fine but to other homeworkers the quality isn't the best. I've always put this down to users broadband and vpn etc but just wanted to check... We have the below setup currently...
