HI all,
One x c 6.1 SP 8 ,Cm 6.2

Ok so if i use one x c in road warrior mode I get audio through to my blue tooth headset connected to pc and as is working as it should .

My issue is that when I change the mode to shared control (desk phone and PC) I can not for love nor money get Audio to the headset , however if i go into the settings on one x c and navigate to the audio screen and test the setting , i get the test tones through to the headset , but when ,making a call no dice , has anyone got any ideas. ?????

Shared Control mode only allows you to control the phone from one-X Communicator (make calls, put calls on hold, transfer, conference, etc), the audio is still only on the phone, not the PC.

From the Avaya one-X Communicator User Reference:

• Desk Phone (Shared Control mode) Use this mode when you are at the office. This mode enables you to log into the server and control your Avaya telephone from Avaya one-X Communicator. You can make and handle calls from both the Avaya one-X Communicator interface and your Avaya telephone. You use your Avaya telephone to speak and listen.
