one-X Communicator & silent install push

Hi gurus! I need some help. We are trying to push one-X Communicator enterprise-wide using SCCM or Altiris. We have a mix of 64 bit and 32 bit PCs/laptops. Altiris works on the 32 bit machines but fails on the 64 bit. We have had minor success with SCCM on the 64 bit machines but it fails most of the time. We have extracted the .msi from the .exe and are using that for SCCM. the string we are using is msiexec /i "onexc_6_2_4_setup.msi" /q

Does anyone out there have successful experience with rolling this out and, if so, can you share the all of the variables you used in SCCM or Altiris?

I've reached out to Avaya on this to no avail

Have you had any luck making this work? We are trying to push out one X to multiple machines and are having issues

Not really. We managed to get it to some machines but then had problems with the configuration piece it's causing IE to crash. I don't have a good answer for you unfortunately. Avaya says it should work but it's not "supported".

My desktop guy got 6.2.2 to work but nothing above that. I may just run with that.
