One X Communicator 5.2 dialing from IE & Outlook

Hi

I installed the ONE X Communicator with XP , i am not able to dial from the Internet Explorer OR MS Outlook Contacts

Ticked the box in settings for IE & Outlook still i am not able to see the dial wondow in both

Any other setting need to be done for the same Please advcie
