One-X Commuicator - Audio Issue to/from IP phones, digital ok

Good afternoon! We have recently started experiencing issues where calls to/from One-X to an IP phone. When IP phones make calls to a One-X user it will ring, looks like it is connected for about 25 seconds, but from initial answer, there is no audio on either end.

If the One-x user places a call to an IP phone, same result.

Calls to/from a digital phone to One-X users have no issues.

(ALL One-X users have 9608's in office)

If you go to the extension tab in IP office, then go to that extension, and click on the VOIP tab look for Allow direct media path. If it checked (It is by default) uncheck it, and save the configuration and try again.
