one-x attendant supervisor console

Hi All,

have installed eight (8)one-x attendant consoles version 3.04.002.000 on CM 5.2.1 and are working fine.
the question is, how to set up one of them to supervise the others, as in can know how many calls each handled, can service observe others etc.
will be glad if someone out there can be of help for the customer is really mad with me please



 
Attendant groups are not the same as ACD groups. There are a lot of features that are tied to attendants that no other system objects use (like LDNs or things like that). Likewise, there are ACD features that do not work on attendants.

Yes. You can do what the customer is asking, but you'd have to have the attendants login as ACD agents to a split/skill, and then direct all of your attendant calls to that ACD split/skill. If the customer did not purchase any Call Center Features, then you might be out of luck.
