Hi folks. Don't see much in searching for information related to IM/Presence exchange service in One-X portal connecting to Office 365, and I'm sure some of you talented guys have got this working by now. I'm using following information, if it's wrong please let me know...
Exchange service account name avaya@customer.com (customer's email address was too long to fit avayaadmin. seems it has a character limit)
exchange service host outlook.office365.com
exchange port number 993

I downloaded the powershell script and replaced all "AvayaAdmin" with "Avaya" and sent it to the customer as a shot in the dark hoping it would work on exchange online. Do any of you know if the script would be the same?

Straight from the knowledgebase that I'm sure you read, right?

Code:
Exchange Service

one-X Portal for IP Office can be configured with the Exchange server to avail the calendar mining and presence information of the users. Only Microsoft Exchange Server 2007 and Microsoft Exchanger Server 2010 can be configured with one-X Portal for IP Office .

one-x portal only works with on-premise exchange systems.
