One-X and IP4620sw

Is there a place I can download software for the IP4620SW
set. I'm trying to use it with the G10 One-X system.

I did register the system and I am waiting for the sold to
number from Avaya. Is there a place I can download software
for the 4620sw sets

I found One-X software on the link I referenced above, but there are some warnings on that page about registering and needing the sold-to for support, but I am not sure that means downloads too or just telephone support

I checked out that link and I don't see what software downloads work with the 4620sw sets. I do see the downloads for the One-X G10 gateway.

I did use the download for the SIP software from 4600IP
page, However when I plug the phone into the Lan I get unauthorized after putting in ext and password.

Ok I will try that link.
The software on the One-X is 6.0.3 and I downloaded the latest software.
Should I try older software for the 4620sw set.
