I was wondering if there was a way to ignore an incoming call while using one-x agent. I know you have the ability to ignore if you're using one-x communicator. I know you shouldn't be able to ignore calls if you're using one-x agent b/c it's used to take ACD calls but if you're not logged into the ACD with your agent ID and still logged into just your extension/station, I would think you should still be able to ignore a call b/c this would be considered a direct station call.
 
I would set the autoanswer on the station(One-x) to none. The auto answer on the agent is ACD will override the station setting.
 
we have auto answer set to none on all stations. Just want our one-x agent users to be able to send call directly to VM as if they had a hard/desk phone.
 

Give them a send call calls button. It doesn't work on agent delivered calls from an ACD, but will allow calls to their extension to be sent to voicemail when they press it. Of course, they have to press it again to allow new calls to come through to their extension.
