Hi,

we use the avaya one-x agent version 2.5.60517.0 and have the following issue with several users.
The sound options are not stored in the software. The software automatically switches to the standard sound device and not to the communication sound device. If we change that manually the software does not store this. Means after rebooting the PC or look and unlook the PC the option changes again. Any ideas?? So with every start of the software the headset is not automatically used.

Best regards
Stephan

Look to see what is different between the PC that works and what does not. Different windows version, different audio hardware/drivers?

Also check in Windows audio setting, and disable windows having control.

One-x Agent uses whatever is marked as the default communication device in your Windows 10 sound options. If you change the default device in Windows 10 and then restart the one-x agent software, the software will start using the new default device.
